These terms cover buying and using “Feed Your Organs — The 30-Day Plate Plan” (“the Guide”), a downloadable PDF. The Guide is written and sold under the name IdeaSparkHub by Petr Filishin, an individual sole proprietor (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the Guide you agree to these terms.

1. What the Guide is

A 68-page PDF about everyday food choices: foods linked to the health of seven organs, a 30-day meal plan with shopping lists, recipes and substitutions, with notes on published research. It is delivered as a file; there is no subscription, coaching or personal advice.

2. Not medical advice

The Guide is general educational information. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Research notes describe what studies found on average and are not a promise of any result for you. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet if you have a medical condition (including diabetes, kidney, liver or heart disease), are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have food allergies. Never delay or stop medical treatment because of something in the Guide. Check every ingredient against your own allergies and intolerances.

3. Buying the Guide

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments takes the payment, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice and processes refunds; its own terms apply to the payment itself. The price shown already includes any such tax, and it is a single payment.

4. Delivery

After payment you receive an email from Dodo Payments with a link to download the PDF. You can get a fresh link from the customer portal linked in that email. If the email doesn’t arrive, write to us and we will send the Guide another way.

5. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the Guide on your own devices and to print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, publish or redistribute the PDF or its contents, in whole or in part. Text, illustrations and layout are © 2026 IdeaSparkHub.

6. Refunds

You have a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Guide is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any health decision you make based on general information in the Guide. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Guide. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not take away a license you have already bought.
